Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the SourcePay AI web app at app.sourcepayai.com and the SourcePay AI iOS and Android apps (together, the "Service"), provided by SourcePay AI ("SourcePay", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by SourcePay AI as editable app-owner content and is not an independent legal opinion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe. Notify us at support@sourcepayai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post fraudulent asks, fake proofs, or misrepresent beneficiaries or vendors; solicit contributions for illegal activity or prohibited goods; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of the asks, proofs, photos, and messages you post ("Your Content"). You grant SourcePay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.
Contributions and payments
SourcePay AI facilitates asks and routing information. Where the Service processes payments, it does so through third-party payment processors. Contributions may be non-refundable once routed. Review each ask carefully before contributing.
Third-party services
The Service uses Supabase, Apple, Google, Resend, and the Lovable AI Gateway. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those integrations.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@sourcepayai.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, with or without notice.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AN ASK WILL BE FUNDED, THAT PROOFS ARE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCEPAY AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourcePay AI from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Mobile app terms
The Service is available as iOS and Android apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Those stores' terms and policies apply to your download and use of the apps.
Feedback and suggestions
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by SourcePay AI without obligation or compensation to you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other part in the future.
Entire agreement and contact
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SourcePay AI regarding the Service. Questions? Email support@sourcepayai.com.
